The Loneliness

The Loneliness
By Laurent Melanson

But what is the loneliness? You already know, without a doubt. You have probably already experienced a few times in your life. Or perhaps, are you dealing with this situation these days?

Loneliness is when you are alone (of course)… even in a crowd!

Loneliness is when you are home alone, at night after work. Loneliness is when no-one talk really with you or when it is happen, it is only for business or the worst: to take advantage of you.

Loneliness is when you cannot share your emotions, your joys, your sorrows, your anxieties with no-one.

Loneliness is when nobody pays attention of you. Loneliness is when nobody is there when you go shopping. Loneliness is when you cannot share your discoveries or feelings. Loneliness is when you have no one to share your daily meal. Loneliness is when you are alone in the cinema, sitting among all those other couples or groups of friends coming to see the same film as you.

Loneliness is when you are alone in the evening, listening TV while you are eating your own emotions. Loneliness is when no one takes care of you when you are helpless or sick. Loneliness is when nobody is here, very close of you, with a good and comforting word in order to blow away your inner doubts or in the other hand, who has this ability to welcome and to share your success.

In fact, the loneliness is the lack of love. it is a vital need that has to be filled, completely. Man and woman are absolutely not created (or programmed!) to live each one separately. They need both of them to live and survive. Several scientific studies show, supported in this by a lot of statistical studies: people in couples live longer, are healthier physically and mentally and (obviously) have a better way of life.

You already know these facts: they are not new! The big question for you is here: I am alone, I know and I would like to break down this bad habit? How to do this? I tried a lot of things; but how do I meet my second half?
