How We Can Use Green Items in Our Daily Lives

We all wear clothing daily, don’t we. Why not buy a few new recycled items and commit to wearing one of them daily, as a reminder? We can walk the talk that way. There are many clothing items that are made from organic cottons, labels that are made from recycled pvc, fleece jackets made from plastic bottles and hemp products galore.

There are recycled hoodie cord locks that we can use when we pull out our hoodie for a cool weather day. Or use a recycled cell phone charm with our phone as a reminder of leaving a soft on the area in which we live and work. And if you have kids, have you seen the cute shoelace bites that go on the laces? Buy the rubber recycled ones with the cute decorations!

At Work

When we arrive at work, perhaps we can use the public transit once a week or drive or even car pool. It’s a nice way to break up the monotony of the week and you might meet your neighbors or some new friends along the way.

If your office buys promotional products, suggest that they look at the recycled pvc products as well as bamboo and hemp bags, shirts and recycled keychains. You know the trade show giveaways they send you off to shows with? Suggest a cool eco friendly coaster or luggage tag and include the universal recycled symbol on it.

If you are a USA Manufacturer, you can really help out the environment. By using materials over again and recycling as much as you can in your workplace, you set an example for those who work for you. Once again, affecting change by example.

If we all think about the little things we can do in our daily patterns to incorporate some earth friendly habits or products, we can together, make this a wonderful and clean place for all who live along side of us. Instead of a hardship, this can be a fun challenge for your family and your friends. Start a new trend and let it go viral! Imagine the good feelings you will have watching the affects of a few conscious choices you make every day.
