UPDATE!!!

Last weekend we experience a bit of difficulty with the Cactus News site that lead to a major loss of data. Fortunately we have back ups for most of the files. Although , we are slowly uploading the files, you may experience a “Page Not Found,” message on some of the pages and articles that you are searching for, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

 

We have used this opportunity to make improvements to the site that were planned to take place late 2013 and have begun to purge the site of some of the outdated articles with dead links, a process that will take a while.
